After studying literature, Gérard Planchenault joined the Vandystadt agency in the early 80s,
years of all record attempts in the world of sport and adventure.
His reports are regularly published in major French and foreign magazines
such as Paris Match, Le Figaro Magazine, Team Magazine, Stern or Geo.
In the early 2000s, he discovers and takes a passion for the world of computing
and digital photography.
His photographic activity led him to work in the world of Formula 1.
Many trips allow him to reconcile the sport photo and the photo illustration.
Today, he combines his photographic practice with training: with the Nikon School,
he gives his trainees all his years of experience.
He then shares his professional activity between trainings, photographic trips
